Located just above Paradise, Magalia is a wonderous community highlighted by the Paradise Pines Golf Course and the POA Village, which is located on Wycliffff Way in Magalia. A large portion of Magalia is included in the Homeowners Association called, the POA, which stands for Paradise Pines Owners Association. The yearly dues are approximately $150.00 which is an unbelievable bargain. Just a few of the services included in the POA are, the recreational facility including a swimming pool and spa, tennis courts, childrens playground, clubhouse, vacation checks and more. As a rule propeties are a little bit less expensive than in the town of Paradise, with complete local facilities including a full service market, make Magalia a great place to call home.
